Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a through inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector's own effort. The day of our inspection is unforgettable, and you saved the day. Opening the door to a flooded (vacant) house was very shocking, but you didn’t panic. You just rushed right in there, found the problem and fixed it. The pictures you took of the water damage proved invaluable to our clients as well as the homeowner. Not only did you fix the problem you went well out of your way to help move furniture out of the water to prevent further damage.

Continuing the home inspection process from there was a breeze. You were very thorough and very detailed. The time you took helped my clients feel very comfortable with their huge investment. When the damage from the flood (broken flex hose to sink) was all repaired we scheduled a re-inspection for a few days later and that was also seamless.
