Inspection before closing to re-inspect items the seller had
agreed to fix or Inspection Revisit to cover items that were not
accessible at the time of inspection with every Standard Home
Inspection.
I will re-inspect the property for problems found at the time of
my original inspection to ensure the homeowner has made the
repairs stated in the closing agreement.
Or I will revisit any property to re-inspect the major items
that were not accessible at the time of my original inspection.
